As a member of our team, you are expected to:

• Represent the company with professionalism at all times
• Follow detailed care instructions precisely
• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients
• Maintain a high level of awareness, responsibility, and respect in clients’ homes

Dog walkers and pet care providers are responsible for delivering structured, reliable daily care. This includes:

• Safe and controlled dog walking
• In-home pet visits and basic care
• Providing detailed visit updates and photos
• Observing and reporting any changes in behavior or health

This role requires consistency, attention to detail, and sound judgment.

• Starting pay of $20/hour
• Pay increases to $25/hour after the first year based on performance and reliability

• Standard working hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekday availability is required
• Some weekend and holiday availability may be requested

We are selective in who we bring onto our team. Ideal candidates are:

• Highly dependable and consistently punctual
• Comfortable managing dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Physically capable of handling multiple walks per day in all weather conditions
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Based locally and familiar with the area
• Seeking a long-term position (4–5 year commitment preferred)

Prior professional pet care experience is valued, but reliability, professionalism, and judgment are essential.

This position involves entering private homes and caring for valued pets. All candidates must:

• Pass a background check (required)
• Have reliable transportation
• Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and accountability at all times
